Welcome to Hyderabad College of Aviation Technology (HCAT), located at the campus of Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education (Deemed to be University under section 3 of the UGC Act 1956) in the serene and lush green base of Velimalai, a spectacular part of Western Ghats Hills near the famous Padmanabhapuram Palace. It is only 1.5 kms interior towards the foothills of the mountains from Kumaracoil Junction on the Kanniyakumari – Thiruvananthapuram National Highway (NH-47).

Hyderabad College of Aviation Technology was relocated from Hyderabad to Noorul Islam University campus and was absorbed by Noorul Islam Educational Trust and is made a part of Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education (NICHE). HCAT is approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation for conducting Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course.

NICHE has made its name and fame for giving outstanding young Engineers to many Government bodies including the Defence Forces. A highly disciplined campus run by retired Defence officers and senior Professors, make it an anti-ragging campus. This is the only college in India which offers AICTE approved BE degree along with DGCA approved AME (CAR 147-Basic) course and provides 100% career growth with the STATE Of ART facilities. Apart from 20 streams in Engineering and other disciplines, NICHE imparts high quality education with affordable fees.

The main strength of the institute lies in its objective to impart world class training to the students which make them competitive in the aviation industry. The students are given hands-on training in airworthy aircraft from which they get the best experience.
