A) +2 pass in enough, no minimum marks specified.

Q) What is the minimum pass mark required in each semester?
A) 75% is the pass percentage for every exam.

Q) What is the minimum attendance required in each semester?
A) 90 % attendance is the minimum requirement.

Q) How long is the duration of course?
A) 4 years including On Job Training (OJT).

Q) What is an AME License?
A) A.M.E License is an authority issued by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India, to maintain & certify the fitness of the civil aircraft prior to each flight. After earning this license, an AME certifies the fitness of an aircraft. Any aircraft cannot fly without this fitness clearance from an AME.

Q) Can a student avail loan from the bank?
A) Yes, the students have to produce the necessary documents to the bank along with the College Approval Certificate and a Bonafide Certificate from the college showing the fee structure of the course.

Q) Will the student be able to work on a live aircraft during the course period?
A) Yes, we have made an agreement with Air India Engineering Services Ltd. (AIESL), Thiruvananthapuram by which the student will be provided 360 hours training on live aircrafts during his/her course period.

Q) Why only HCAT?
A) Here you will be awarded with 4 years AICTE approved B.E. in AME certificate by Noorul Islam University (Approved by UGC) along with the CAR-147 DGCA approved HCAT Certificate.

Q) Is there any Medical Fitness required to join this course?
A) Yes, you need to be certified medically fit and should not have colour blindness (see FORMS).

Q) When does the admission begin and when does the classes commence.
A) Admissions are open throughout the year and the classes commence in July every year.
